POSITION SUMMARY
As an Inventory Support Associate, you play a vital role in keeping our distribution operation running smoothly. Your attention to detail ensures inventory accuracy, product quality, and reliable service to our retail partners and customers. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and being hands-on in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this role offers variety, responsibility, and opportunities to grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Inventory Accuracy & Control
• Maintain accurate inventory records across grocery and perishable warehouse areas.
• Perform cycle counts, supplemental counts, and audits within established timelines.
• Research and help resolve routine inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor product damage and initiate corrective action.
Quality & Audit Support
• Conduct quality control checks and audit outbound cases destined for retail stores.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for accuracy, safety, and productivity.
• Maintain organized, accurate files and documentation for inventory-related activities.
Operational & Technical Support
• Enter and maintain inventory data in warehouse management systems.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory management teams with technical and process-related assistance.
• Use reports to help investigate discrepancies and expedite resolution of inventory issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal partners including retail, merchandising, transportation, and distribution teams.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Recommend changes that help reduce costs and improve productivity within the distribution center.

Minimum Qualifications
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality
Preferred Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
• Powered industrial equipment certification (where applicable)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, bend, reach, and stoop as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfort working in warehouse conditions, including cool temperatures, concrete floors, and powered industrial equipment
