I was certified for Microsoft Word 2003, have experience with customer service answering phone calls and customer emails. Familiar with UPS WorldShip, Stamps.com, and Ship Station shipping programs. As stated above, familiar with QuickBooks, Magento, and Shopify POS systems. Good attention to detail, I like to proofread things to find mistakes. I am a dependable and on time, if not early, employee. Rarely call out unless I'm at death's door. I am also knowledgeable in Outlook and Gmail email programs. There's probably more that I'm missing at the moment, but I've been in the customer service/retail field for 25+ years.

I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in 2022. Receiving chemotherapy every 3 weeks, but it has been hard to find any work outside of the home. Left my last job in January after almost 20 years due to my health and wellbeing being compromised. Have knowledge of Microsoft Word, QuickBooks POS, Shopify POS, Magento POS, Outlook and Gmail, good with data entry and good attention to detail skills.
