We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal Product Manager - Technical to lead our Amazon Tablet devices experiences product management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex technology products and projects across hardware and software, driving innovation, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Key job responsibilities
Product Management
- Manage and lead cross-functional product experiences for Amazon tablet devices, driving critical milestones in close collaboration with HW/SW engineering and foundational PM teams.
- Manage overarching big picture, scheduling, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of all product and project components.
- Coordinate software integration across key partners – internal and external.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of high-performing Product and Technical Program Managers
- Foster collaboration across Amazon teams and external partners to define requirements, manage schedules, and ensure smooth factory ramp-up
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and align product goals with business objectives.
Strategic Decision Making and Execution
- Partner with senior leadership to shape the strategic direction of Amazon products
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision making processes
- Align team efforts around a shared vision and clear expectations
- Promote a transparent and efficient decision-making structure that balances input from all stakeholders without impeding progress
