We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Private Brands Finance team.
This role will be the Finance partner for the North America Softlines Private Brands business, managing financial analysis, reporting and planning and supporting business leaders with actionable insights and recommendations to achieve our goals and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical problem solver who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, a collaborative leader to work with a dynamic network of Business and Finance partners, and an innovator to drive continuous improvement and automation in P&L analysis, planning and reporting processes. He/she enjoys working with a diverse group of individuals, and have a proven ability to dive deep to solve complex business and finance problems.
Key job responsibilities
Provide Private Brands leadership support by publishing timely financial reports, appendices and insights for Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, and Operational Planning docs.
Create meaningful reporting and analysis structure that will drive business improvements and recommend cost reductions.
Recommend, develop and implement financial controllership tools to guide our business partners in achieving our OP2 topline and profitability goals.
Work with partner teams including category finance to deliver continuous improvements to worldwide planning and reporting processes.
Partner with the central Business Intelligence team to standardize and centralize key business performance metrics.
