This position will be part of the Advertiser Growth organization within Sponsored Products (SP). Our team focuses on launching innovative controls that help +1.4MM advertisers create and manage performant SP campaigns to grow their business. We develop recommender systems to help advertisers use these controls effectively and develop state-of-art AI/ML based optimization services to represent our advertisers in the SP marketplace. We strive to improve the ability for advertisers to help shoppers discover relevant products on customer search, browse and detail pages.
The leader in this role will own inventing new controls that enable the growth of +1.4MM SP advertisers. The leader will define this product vision and drive the execution by collaborating with a broad set of stakeholders across Amazon Ads. The leader will play a pivotal role in defining clear input and output metrics, speaking with advertisers to understand painpoints, and use these insights to drive the science and engineering roadmap for the team.

- Monitor customer feedback, response and metrics; develop plans to support growth and scale the business efficiently; drive continuous solution improvement.
- Analyze complex data sets; build and create narratives for cross-functional teams
- Present technical plans to senior executives and key stakeholders and evangelize the advertiser response vision within Sponsored Products.
