Position Responsibilities:
Proactively identify the analytics needs and solutions of the HR and Ops organizations. Derive recommendations with significant business value from in-depth analyses that have impact on multiple teams. Share deep domain/process expertise across a growing BA population in the HR ATS space. Write papers and/or other business review mechanisms like weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews. Demonstrate expertise with AWS data management and other products (ex. S3, Redshift, Comprehend). Act as a company-wide asset and SME for HR Surface Transportation data. Influence partners across HR and Ops teams to support executing on large project deliverables.
Position Requirements:
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Analytics, Software Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Logistics, or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Analytics, Software Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Logistics, or a related field followed by 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): 1. Using, SQL, RedShift, or OLAP; 2. Experience in data warehousing concepts; 3. Utilizing business intelligence reporting tools (OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, MicroStrategy, SSAS Cubes, Datanet, etc.); and 4. Experience in Python or R language expertise. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.
