The Key for Business Team is looking for a passionate, insightful, and results-oriented Salesforce Developer to support Key for Business Sales, Operations and Marketing systems.
As A Salesforce Developer your focus will be on building and maintaining our CRM platform, and developing solutions to enable our marketing campaigns (e.g. Marketo) to quickly and easily spread the word about Amazon Key for Business around the world. You will work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams.
Be responsible for helping design solutions and owning the engineering, testing, release, and support of applications. You will also provide solutions that are highly usable, scalable, and maintainable on the Salesforce platform. The goal will be to drive the automation of processes, develop new applications, and help manage the integrations to our various business systems. While Salesforce will be the main focus, you will need to be willing and able to learn and support various business initiatives that have direct integration with Salesforce, and serve as Admin on the instance overall.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of key technical aspects of the Salesforce platform, including custom development
- Responsible for developing in Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
- Perform technical analysis, level-of-effort estimation, design, development, implementation of applications
- Provide support across systems and related integrations native to the Salesforce ecosystem
- Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues
- Research and find opportunities to utilize Salesforce best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling and monitoring
- Ownership of Marketo integration within Salesforce, and basic administration for these systems
- Work closely with KfB dedicated Marketing team to support technical aspects of quarterly Marketo campaigns. Manage Marketo instance and Salesforce integration throughout campaign
- Work closesly with other units of KfB including operations, hardware, and software to build synergies across verticals
