We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (Technical) to join our Studios Technology team in Culver City, CA, leading our AI & Insights product suite that support our creative and executive partners. In this role, you will collaborate with program, design, applied science, software engineering teams and key stakeholders — including Production, Post Production, Accounting, Finance, Music and more — to build, implement, and scale critical software solutions that power and inform our Studios' workflows.
The ideal candidate has experience managing applied AI solutions with human-in-the-loop interfaces to validate data, including domain specific benchmarks to measure performance, as well as complex data landscapes with a strong understanding of data analytics and architecture. You will drive the AI and data insights strategy, defining best practices, and optimize customer workflows and data-driven business decision making.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI products in Studios business workflows
- Define features, write business requirements, and create product architecture and workflow documentation
- Provide data-driven product recommendations and evaluations of solutions
- Partner with business stakeholders, scientists, engineers, program/project managers, and designers to deliver products and features
- Measure and drive customer adoption and business impact
- Influence strategic direction, science and engineering priorities, and business decisions
- Collaborate with partner technical teams to successfully integrate AI solutions into new or existing workflows
- Balance trade-offs between time, effort, and features to optimize outcomes
- Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
- Lead product discovery workshops, deep dives, and user acceptance testing
- Support leadership updates for WBR, MBR, and QBR in collaboration with strategy teams
