As a Product Manager, you will work across leadership and cross-functional teams to define the vision and execution strategy for the Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) in-store CX for Fresh. The role will focus heavily on scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence at a team and business level. You will deep dive both the shopper dynamics as well as the tech launch life-cycle to drive improvements to take the in-store CX to the next level. You will play a key role in defining the metrics, setting goals, and reporting out on progress made against.
