Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join the Amazon One Medical Enterprise Finance team. Finance is critical to the success in One Medical mission. Our team sees the entire picture, and is a cornerstone to driving the right investments, maintaining controllership, and distilling down the right stories to push our business forward. This role will be responsible for owning member engagement reporting, insights, and initiatives, as well as building out segment and client-level P&Ls. The person in this role will partner closely with senior leaders across enterprise and other business functions to lead annual and quarterly forecasting workstreams and support initiatives focused on defining near-term and long-term enterprise segment growth strategies. The right candidate will have ability to work cross-functionally and earn trust with finance, accounting, tech, and business teams; experience with owning and leading end-to-end process implementation; and a track record of navigating ambiguity with good judgment.
