This role is part of the AB Marketing team and our vision is to establish AB as the most recognized B2B brand. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will deliver engaging, cross-platform AB store and merchandising experiences that drive discoverability and adoption of promotion programs. You will also be responsible for the strategy, development, and optimization of global campaigns.
To be successful in this role, this individual will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Business, and Tech across geographic regions to optimize and scale engagement promotions with a focus on experimentation. We are looking for an individual with broad experience in online merchandising, digital marketing, and product marketing with a focus on promotions strategy and implementation. This role requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, and problem solving, as well as a willingness to be hands-on with execution.

Key job responsibilities
- Responsible for WW spend engagement promotions strategy and implementation plan, driving use case analyses integrating historical insights to assess return on investment, and executing the promotions communication plan with analytics, marketing operations, and tech teams.
- Lead spend engagement promotion testing framework and roadmap to inform long term strategy, and to deliver promotional effectiveness goals on an ongoing basis.
- Develop and execute marketing communications plan for spend engagement promotions, including targeted Amazon-owned channels like email.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders on roadmap planning, ensuring cohesive integration of promotions with lifecycle communications.
- Partner cross-functionally with tech, product, and finance teams to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve promotions tool and process.
- Support engagement promotions for high-priority seasonal onsite events.
- Establish and drive regular reporting and insights, sharing key learnings and insights with partner stakeholders on shared goals and programs. Provide and implement optimization recommendations for long term success of promotions program.
