The Seller Fee team is responsible for the end-to-end fee experience for third-party sellers worldwide. We develop monetization strategies, economic models, and machine learning algorithms to accurately charge seller fees while optimizing long-term Amazon growth.
Our team has implemented several science and data-driven innovations aimed at enhancing fee integrity and seller experience. Given the growing demand to measure their impacts, we are focusing on:
1. Identifying data to track deployment impact
2. Establishing a consistent framework for product analytics and experiments
3. Assessing the effects of deployed models on seller economics and experience
Roughly 85% of previous cohorts have converted to full time economist employment at Amazon. If you are interested, please send your CV to our mailing list at econ-internship@amazon.com.
