Project Kuiper is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Key job responsibilities
• Serve as the key business performance partner working directly with Kuiper's Satellite Hardware Supply Chain team
• Develop, launch, and optimize business performance mechanisms
• Deliver data, analysis, insights, and recommendations to help shape product development and rollout strategies
• Oversee business and finance reporting and analytics
• Lead business performance analysis and reporting, including preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
• Drive best practices for the team and organization at large
• Understand input drivers and validate integrity of the reporting to influence strategic decision-making and planning
• Build and drive planning, forecasting, and reporting models
• Generate actionable insights through the development of metrics, dashboards and deep dive analyses
• Communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner
• Influence critical business decisions with data
A day in the life
In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the satellite supply chain meet schedule, cost, and quality requirements. This role communicates with clarity on the inter-dependencies, and the next steps across the significant number of stakeholders and partnering team. You will navigate through ambiguity and manage project delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while ensuring supply chain governance at scale. Because Kuiper is inventing new technologies for our customers, we understand that working through ambiguity is a part of our work days. This role requires leveraging industry knowledge and joining a highly motivated and working hard to deliver Kuiper service to our customers.
