A day in the life
Your morning begins with analyzing organizational effectiveness metrics and employee engagement data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. You'll then lead the weekly cross-functional planning meeting with regional leads to align on upcoming programs and lead the global strategy.
Mid-morning, you'll collaborate with the VP's Strategic PM to shape content and themes for the monthly all-hands meeting, ensuring key business priorities and successes are highlighted effectively. You'll also review team members' professional platform content proposals, providing guidance on alignment with our external brand strategy.
After lunch, you'll facilitate a working session with the events team to orchestrate the upcoming Q2 leadership offsite, directing the development of strategic objectives, agenda planning, and program content. You'll then partner with HR leaders to develop implementation plans for several organizational transformation initiatives.
In the afternoon, you'll lead a creative workshop with team members to gather input on refreshing AT's visual identity and brand guidelines. You'll close out the day by analyzing the results of a recent employee engagement survey and drafting recommendations for new recognition programs.
Throughout the day, you'll manage time-sensitive organizational priorities, maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, and ensure all initiatives align with AT's culture and values while meeting Amazon's high bar for quality and impact.
