We are hiring a Finance Manager to partner with our Performance and Brand Marketing team. The role will provide strategic guidance and thought leadership for short and long-range investment decisions, build mechanisms and tools to surface key analytical insights, dive deep into large sets of data, prioritize and deliver projects that aim to continuously improve our scale and efficiency, and manage the controllership. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, immense curiosity, excellent analytical abilities, and superior verbal and written communications skills. The candidate should also have a strong bias towards data-driven decision-making and be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key job responsibilities
The Finance Manager role has the following responsibilities:
- Drive investment strategy discussions via insightful and relevant analysis on historical and projected performance
- Manage controllership with a high degree of accuracy across planning and reporting
- Support Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Partner with Senior leadership to evaluate the financial impact of decisions
- Be a steward for maximizing long term free cash flow of investments
- Partner with various business and tech teams to become a subject matter expert on systems and outcomes
