- Gathers and analyzes data across the Hub Delivery product lifecycle to reduce operational barriers and improve business performance.
- Identifies operational excellence and cost-reduction improvement opportunities and leads those related workstreams.
- Manages cross-functional project teams and executes complex projects across multiple stakeholder teams to support Hub Delivery’s growth and improve its business mechanisms.
- Drives the development and adoption of innovation that improves the ability to scale Hub Delivery operations, improves the partner experience, and optimizes costs.
- Facilitates reoccurring planning processes, leads workshops to identify key initiatives, tracks action items, develops financial models, and manages prioritization processes.
- Participates in regional leadership meetings, provides updates, and shares insights and best practices.
