We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the development and implementation of a standard costing system within our SAP environment for our server and rack manufacturing operations. This role will work closely with external consultants to ensure successful system design and deployment.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of a comprehensive standard costing system in SAP
• Partner with SAP consultants to configure and optimize the system according to business requirements
• Define standard cost components including labor, material, and overhead calculations
• Establish cost centers, activity rates, and variance analysis methodologies
• Create and document standard operating procedures for cost accounting processes
• Train and support end users on new systems and procedures
• Develop variance reporting and analysis frameworks
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Finance, and IT teams throughout implementation
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
