About the team
We hold a high bar, for work and a higher bar for fun! ex: Lots of communicating in Gifs, (G-if, not Jif), [gif of this is fine is used a lot], team events and quick meetings to sort out the details, vs going back over email for days.
Stuck on a small task? No big deal, let's talk through quickly and decide a path forward. Engineers on the ADSP Pricing team are responsible for owning their work, and looping in others when needed - We're a Kanban approach, so we jump to the next up project when ready.
We lean heavily on chat communication vs long and hard-to-parse emails, and we're always interested in newer and faster ways of doing things!
