We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Product Management Technical to lead our B2B Payments Experience product team, strategy, and portfolio. You will lead a product team focused on innovating and delivering a wide-array of B2B payments products and solutions for our Amazon Business customers. You will partner closely with leaders across tech, business, fintech, and go-to-market to set the strategic direction and delivery of new payments products and features. In certain cases, you will work with third party providers and manage the partnership to provide industry-leading services and customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and 3-year plans for B2B Payments experience
• Manage a team of product managers to innovate and deliver high-quality world-wide B2B products and features
• Develop your team of product managers, effectively developing their careers, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and customer obsession
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, science, user experience, and business go-to-market teams
• Lead the end-to-end product life-cycle, from ideation through launch
• Conduct customer research and understand customer needs
• Analyze data to inform product strategy and performance
• Conduct financial analysis and define key performance indicators to measure the impact of product launches
• Collaborate with external partners such as financial institutions and fintechs
• Communicate effectively with partners and senior leadership, including both technical and non-technical audiences, to present new product ideas, strategy, and progress updates through monthly and quarterly business reviews
