Our team, Brand Protection Initiatives (BPI), helps solve for the biggest problems brands face on Amazon today involving IP infringement and other forms of abuse. The team's mission is to tear down silos between various different teams and bring about creative solutions to brand-related problems.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Manager to join our BPI team. In this role, you will help drive end-to-end solutions for brand protection challenges, analyze and solve complex problems, and facilitate communication between various stakeholders to enhance Amazon's brand protection efforts.
Key job responsibilities
Drive:
- Support the intake and analysis of brand protection pain points from various teams
- Assist in coordinating cross-team collaboration to develop and implement long-term solutions
- Help manage brand protection efforts during key brand onboarding events
- Maintain and utilize the Service Improvement Mechanism (SIM) for tracking major brand issues
Solve:
- Conduct defect tracing and root cause analysis for endemic brand protection issues
- Support the development and implementation of preventative measures
- Assist in preparing monthly flash reports
- Help track and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions
Communicate:
- Support stakeholder engagement and education initiatives regarding Brand Protection policies and tools
- Help maintain documentation of roadmap and policy changes
- Assist in organizing and conducting knowledge session events
- Support the collection and organization of feedback from internal and external stakeholders
