Amazon seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive new initiatives and program launches for the North America Last Mile Delivery Central Operations Team. The Senior Program Manager will be a key member of strategic initiatives that will continue to improve last-mile processes to scale for rapidly increasing volume and complexity and support our delivery station leaders / operators and delivery service partners (DSPs). The role would help the organization solve last mile problems in speed, cost, productivity or quality particularly for DSP or DPs.
*This role requires travel up to 10% of the quarter.

• Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.

• Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.
• Regularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.
• Manage and communicate project budgets effectively.
