Amazon B2B Payments and Lending (ABPL) is seeking a Principal Applied Scientist to lead our efforts in building innovative payments and credit services for businesses worldwide. Key job responsibilities
The Principal Applied Scientist will:
• Lead science researches of payment and credit products through macroeconomic cycles, demonstrating high judgment and deep business experience
• Design and implement innovative AI/ML models, including GenAI solutions, develop scalable science frameworks that drive business growth, and create industry-first inventions addressing a broad set of customer needs
• Set the vision and influence multi-year research agenda for ABPL science teams. Serve as a strategic advisor to science, product, and engineering partners, influencing their multi-year roadmaps
• Provide science leadership for complex initiatives. Identify, build, and deliver mechanisms to improve internal and external science communities
