We are looking for a Senior Environmental Project Manager with strong contaminant hydrogeology and/or environmental engineering technical skills, a working knowledge and experience with the PA environmental regulatory programs, including Act 2, and a collaborative working style to join our team in the Philadelphia, PA region. A Registered Professional Geologist or Engineer in PA is preferred. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position designed to support professional growth, with opportunities to be challenged, contribute to project outcomes, and interact routinely with project Principals and clients.

Essential Functions – What You Will Do
- Oversee and manage environmental investigations at active and former industrial sites with soil, groundwater, sediment, and soil vapor contamination with a focus on sites in PA within the Land Recycling (Act 2) Program.
- Plan, organize, and direct projects, tasks, and project teams from start to finish, including financial and technical aspects of the work.
- Collect, interpret, and analyze various types of field and laboratory data using innovative data analysis and visualization approaches.
- Work with the team to perform site investigations and groundwater hydraulic and contaminant transport assessments and to design and oversee implementation and construction of remediation systems.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, permit applications, and bid documents.
- Interact with clients to understand their value drivers to deliver exceptional service to assist them to address their environmental challenges.

Competencies – What We Are Looking For
- Interested candidates should have 8 to 12 years relevant experience and a BS in geology, hydrogeology, environmental engineering, and/or geochemistry. Applicable MS degree is preferred.
- Professional Geologist or Engineer in PA.
- Demonstrated experience and a strong working knowledge of the PA Act 2 Program.
- Ability to demonstrate professional experience in relevant areas such as contaminated site investigations, remediation, and/or preparation of plans and specifications.
- Experience in field investigations and subcontractor management related to assessment of soil, groundwater, sediment and/or vapor intrusion for environmental investigations.
- Experience with federal programs including RCRA and CERCLA is beneficial.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills combined with the flexibility to work with shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work well as a team member, with a collaborative communication style.
