Key job responsibilities
As a Sr. TPM in this role, you will collaborate closely with a team of software development managers, product managers and engineers to deliver new solutions into production. You will be responsible for creating the roadmap and project plan, creating metrics to measure velocity and progress, reporting to leadership, and coordinating and aligning stakeholders to a single vision. You will help make important important tradeoff decisions with product, science, and engineering. You will help us move quickly, look for simplifications and identify blockers early. You’ll own and improve the mechanisms we use to track goals, status, and business metrics across teams.
The ideal candidate can help bring clarity to ambiguous problems and enjoys transparency. We are a team that believes in sharing (and caring), and we believe we can accomplish so much more when we work together. You should have experience working on AI based tools and basic AI/ML knowledge. You should be comfortable communicating with leaders at the Director and VP level on a regular basis.
