Come build the future with us! Amazon Ads is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Strategy & Ops to strengthen our operating models for how we bring solutions to market. In this highly visible role, you will be a key orchestrator in our GTM process, working with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Sales to define new ways of working, strategic frameworks, and processes. As a GTM expert, you will be a key architect in developing standardized operating procedures for Product Marketing deliverables and ensure that our business operations are running smoothly. The ideal candidate brings a deep knowledge of Product Marketing excellence with strategic vision and operational rigor to deliver results in a highly matrixed organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Contributes strategic thought leadership to Product Marketing and Ads-wide Go-To-Market workstreams, authoring strategic documents, and driving the adoption of new frameworks, mechanisms, and processes.
- Manages business operations mechanisms such as Product Marketing budget, goals, Quarterly Business Reports, and annual planning mechanisms.
- Works with Product Marketing Managers to build toolkits, templates, and SOPs to standardize daily operations of key Product Marketing GTM deliverables
- Identifies GTM opportunity areas and define new SOPs and strategies to close gaps
- Manages mechanisms to inspect results and refine GTM practices across product, sales, and marketing organizations
- Manages ongoing communication channels to support Ads-wide GTM processes (Office Hours, Slack channels)
