AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.
You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.
Are you excited by the opportunity to shape the future of autonomous systems in the cloud? Do you want to design and build scalable solutions that power AWS’s global infrastructure? If so, you will be a perfect fit for AWS Data Centers. Our team is at the forefront of integrating robotics into one of the world’s largest and most complex technology infrastructures. We work at the cutting edge of automation, developing the frameworks, APIs, and security systems that enable seamless interaction between robotic platforms and cloud data center operations.
Role Overview: As a Senior/Principal Systems Developer for robotics integration, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, and development of high-scale automation solutions that seamlessly integrate robotics into our data center ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise and a forward-thinking approach to implementing scalable robotic automation systems in highly complex environments. You will lead efforts to bridge the gap between robotics hardware and enterprise systems, ensuring that robotic platforms can effectively support security, auditing, cabling, and maintenance tasks.
This high-impact, highly visible role on a rapidly evolving team is driving the future of automation-first data centers. You will work in a fast-paced environment where speed of deployment, scalability, and security are top priorities. As part of an aggressive roadmap, you will help build and refine robotics integration frameworks that make AWS data centers among the world's most efficient and autonomous infrastructures. Your leadership and technical expertise will be crucial in developing scalable, secure, fault-tolerant robotic automation solutions.
