Job Summary
The Training Coordinator I will setup, add, change, archive employee/contractor training and OQ/JQ activities/courses into learning and content management systems. This role will maintain in-house training materials and classroom equipment to support training delivery. In addition, this role will participate on project teams and will interface with internal and external customers on training, OQ/JQ records management related matters to provide superior customer service and ensure compliance. Responsibilities include the ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks to ensure established deadlines are met for all training initiatives and projects. This role will be responsible for maintaining employee training and contractor OQ records in company compliance systems within established timelines.

- Perform input of employee/contractor training and OQ/JQ documents into LearningSOurce and PlayerLync.
- Perform records management and reconciliation tasks in LearningSOurce to maintain employee training records.
- Provide and contribute and support for various training initiatives and projects.

Pay Range: $37,002.00 - $54,269.60 USD Hourly: Base salary varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
