What you get to do:
As a Supervisor for Park Quality, you’ll lead an awesome team in delivering an exemplary level of guest service, including engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean and safe environment through the park. As a supervisor, you will model a positive attitude, a high level of energy and an unyielding commitment to quality. You will:
Interact with others in a positive, professional manner
Provide exemplary service and ensure Operations Standards are met including resolving guest concerns, investigating, and providing recommendations to correct reoccurring guest issues, ensuring all team members are providing the highest level of guest courtesy, recognizing, and rewarding ambassadors who provide exemplary service
Interview and hire for leadership positions
Supervise, train and counsel ambassadors, and assistant supervisors while enforcing and complying safety procedures, guideline and park policies and procedures
Perform job duties of the positions you’re supervising
Enhance team performance by fostering a positive working atmosphere
Tracks labor to include daily scheduling and break management
Ensure completion of opening and closing procedures
Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) lifting and reporting unsafe situations
Perform other duties as assigned

What else is important:
Must be able to lift, pull, and push a minimum of 50 lbs
Willingness to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift
Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)
Perform cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals
Must be willing to comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat and cold temperatures
Must provide flexible, consistent availability (including nights, weekends and holidays) and adhere to our Holiday and Availability agreement
Ability to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements within established timelines
