AMZL/RSR Finance seeks a Finance Manager to support RSR US FP&A. AMZL offers opportunities to grow your career as you engage on one of the many facets of this world-class delivery service. As a Finance Manager on the US FP&A team you will lead our efforts for RSR US FP&A to deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports to support business reviews, oversight of our planning cycles, and strategic decision support through partnership with the US Finance and Operations organization. This role requires extensive cross-functional partnership with various operations, transportation, finance, and other support teams to identify and address cost opportunities across the network.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop analysis and reporting for RSR and support financial planning and forecasting processes.
- Delivers weekly/monthly financial close. Uses financial systems and advanced MSExcel functions to work with large data sets. Outputs plans, forecasts, budgets, and consolidations.
- Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with your business partners – you influence the decisions.
- Uses active listening skills intuitively to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner. Adjusts style for various audiences to articulate complex finance issues clearly.
