We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who will provide comprehensive support to multiple Directors within the WWPS and HCLS NAMER business, with a primary reporting relationship to the Federal Go-To-Market (GTM) Director. The Federal Go-To-Market team is responsible for driving growth and adoption of AWS infrastructure and services for federal government agencies and industry partners, focusing on delivering cloud computing solutions, digital transformation services, and innovative technology partnerships that address complex government challenges and modernization efforts.

The candidate must excel at creating, planning, and executing initiatives from start to end, seamlessly pivoting between complex tasks and priorities with precision and composure. Key job responsibilities
• Support primarily the Federal GTM Director as well as other WWPS and HCLS NAMER directors and their leadership teams (as needed)
• Aid in the execution and management of team activities and internal/external meetings and events
• Support annual operational planning processes, business planning and performance review cycles
• Manage multiple complex calendars and scheduling including international impact
• Collect and process multiple directors' expenses for travel, events, and supplies
• Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics (creation of itineraries, visa and passport submissions, as well as other applicable documentation)
• Act as a direct liaison between customers, senior leadership, direct reports, and other business stakeholders
• Organize, prioritize and handle time-sensitive, confidential information ensuring appropriate actions are taken
• Track and drive completions of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding executive action items
• Directly collaborate with the WWPS and HCLS NAMER EA community, including with their Direct EAs and Lead EA
• Develop and maintain comprehensive communications and tracking mechanisms
