About the position:
As the Senior Video Producer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the company’s video storytelling strategy from concept to completion. This role requires a creative leader with strong production skills and a collaborative spirit. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of video producers, designers, and writers to produce compelling video content that elevates the brand, engages our audience, and drives business impact.
This role is deeply involved in creative ideation, directing shoots, overseeing post-production, and developing narrative strategies. You’ll work across the organization to produce high-quality multimedia content that builds brand equity and delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute on video production strategies across digital platforms, in-person events, social channels, and client-sponsored campaigns.
- Direct and oversee video shoots, including interviews, motion graphics, live-streamed events, and social-first video formats.
- Guide the creative process from ideation through final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Oversee post-production workflows including editing, motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.
- Present video concepts to internal stakeholders and external clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Develop scalable templates and systems to streamline production and improve turnaround times across teams
Required qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in a video production role; background in financial services is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Audition
- High competency in motion design animations, video and podcast production, and editing across a variety of topics and formats
- Hands-on experience with live-streaming content and video production workflows
- In-depth knowledge of digital video platforms and technologies
- Proficient in shooting with DSLR cameras and managing on-location setups
- Fluency in color correction and audio mixing
- Strong media asset management and workflow organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines
- Collaborative, solution-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10–15% as needed
