Amazon Advertising is seeking a thoughtful, experienced Senior UX Designer to help shape the future of advertising experiences. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design of innovative tools that help brands, businesses, and agencies connect with their customers, globally and at scale. You’ll work across disciplines and partner closely with other designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers through all stages of the product development lifecycle.
This is a high-visibility opportunity to help define advertising solutions from the ground up, starting with discovery and strategy through to polished design execution. You will play a critical role in improving the experience of advertisers, agencies, and brand-owners, while also ensuring a great customer journey for Amazon shoppers.

Key job responsibilities
Own and lead design work across the full product lifecycle, from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate customer insights and business needs into intuitive, elegant design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, design specifications, and visual assets to support development and delivery.
Advocate for customer needs and champion usability and accessibility best practices.
Use data, research insights, and usability findings to iterate and refine designs.
Present and articulate design rationale to teammates and stakeholders clearly and confidently.
Contribute to team rituals and design critiques to support a culture of craft excellence and continuous learning.
About the team
You’ll be part of a dedicated UX team focused on crafting end-to-end advertiser experiences across Amazon’s global advertising products. Your peers will include other UX designers, researchers, writers, and design technologists, all working together to improve how advertising works on Amazon for customers and advertisers alike.
