The Demand Tech team is seeking a science leader to drive the development of industry-leading campaign forecasting and recommendations solutions. This role sits at the intersection of science, technology, and business strategy, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of forecasting and recommendations at scale. You will lead efforts to establish robust measurement frameworks, design and run experiments, build machine learning models, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that are both technically sound and deeply impactful.
Success in this role requires balancing scientific rigor with real-world constraints—ensuring forecasts are not only accurate and robust, but also sensitive and explainable to customers. Recommendations need to reflect human behavior patterns. You'll tackle challenges such as high-dimensional feature spaces in campaign setup, data scarcity across diverse inventory and audience segments, and the capability for adapting to evolving business and technology environments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire and grow a high-performing team, all while delivering insights and innovations that shape business decisions.

* Drive innovation by identifying, evaluating, and applying emerging technologies and scientific methods that improve the accuracy, explainability, and scalability of our models.
* Collaborate deeply with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and beyond to develop tailored solutions that meet real business around streaming TV and budget and media planning and optimize the impact of the team.
* Quantify the value of forecasting and recommendations through rigorous measurement of model accuracy and the resulting business impact.
* Own the science and engineering strategy and roadmap, balancing long-term investments with near-term business impact.

Our team provides customer facing forecasting and recommendations for self-service advertising customers throughout their campaign lifecycle journey. Our products educate customers on budget allocation opportunities, effective campaign setup, and optimizations. Accurate forecasting is critical to many growth initiatives across the business.
