Shopbop is seeking an Art Director to contribute to the creative vision and execution of our multi-media fashion marketing content. In this role, you'll work on all channels alongside a diverse team of art directors, designers, editorial writers and stylists. You'll also collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data-driven insights into innovative visual and experiential solutions. We're seeking a seasoned creative who can pioneer new approaches to fashion storytelling through the e-commerce user experience lens. This person is motivated to take calculated risks, all while balancing aesthetic excellence with measurable business results.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion-focused art direction, a proven track record of leading successful, high-impact visual campaigns that reflect an overarching brand vision. This person is meticulous about typography, layout, and visual composition, and has a strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and creative problem-solving. Experience working with global fashion brands, proficiency in creative software including Adobe Creative Suite, background in digital and print campaign development, UX-centered decision-making, and a strong understanding of e-commerce and consumer behavior are all preferred qualifications.

• Contribute seasonal visual ideas and solutions that evoke mood and sophistication aligned with brand and industry trends.
• Deliver compelling creative reviews and presentations, using data-driven insights to influence business and creative decisions.
• Demonstrate bias for action in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
