Our team is highly motivated and in need of Software Development Engineer who can take the technical reigns of the team and steer them in the direction of our vision. As a Software Development Engineer, you will lead the design and development of high-scale web services and workflows that impact our payment processing capabilities.
Key job responsibilities
- Work closely with senior engineers to design, implement and deploy applications that impact our business with an emphasis on Payments across our retail and digital business.
- Own the delivery of an integral piece of a system or application.
- Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Be a strong proponent of Operational Excellence
About the team
We own the launching payment products in LATAM region. Our team manages all Amazon branded payment offerings in this region. These offerings are growing rapidly and we are continuously adding new market-leading features and launching new products to continue to serve our customers.
