Primary Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will assist with the sourcing and hiring of candidates for ADUSA Distribution & ADUSA Transportation (D&T) positions. In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings, and set up interviews. You will help promote our D&T company values to potential candidates and provide an overview of our D&T structure and leadership team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.
- Strategize diverse ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events, and sourcing campaigns.
- Find, engage, and interact with passive candidates on professional networks and social media utilizing Boolean and alternative search techniques.
- Execute comprehensive hiring plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches.
- Partner with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Regularly manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in intake sessions with recruiters and hiring managers to understand and align the requirements for the role.
- Represent and articulate D&T core values to help enhance candidate’s view of D&T.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar field; or equivalent experience
- 3 years of sourcing experience with an in-house recruiting team, search firm or agency.
- Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill roles.
- Experience with sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates, familiarity with social media recruitment marketing and digital networking.
- Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques.
- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work on multiple searches at the same time.
- Experience influencing stakeholders through data analysis and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience sourcing for distribution and transportation positions at all levels of the organization.
- CIR, CDR and CSSR AIRS or other similar certifications
