We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) who will provide comprehensive support to multiple directors within the WWPS and HCLS NAMER business, with a primary reporting relationship to the WWPS Engineering (WWPSE) Director. The WWPSE organization is an innovation flywheel within Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) accelerating public sector customer mission delivery as well as market growth for partners and AWS. WWPSE assists both top-line revenue attainment (measured by Launched Revenue) and improved productivity of our sales force (measured by cost of sales as a percentage of revenue). Its vision is to make AWS the most customer-centric public sector technology innovator, empowering customers to transform billions of lives.
The ideal candidate will support senior leadership by managing defined priorities across different leadership teams. This role requires a professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility while maintaining focus on tactical execution and problem-solving. The candidate must be able to execute defined tasks and projects from start to end, handling priorities with attention to detail and professionalism, while being open to guidance and solution refinement from leadership. The ideal candidate will work effectively within our leadership ecosystem, providing administrative support to multiple directors while learning to anticipate team needs.

Key job responsibilities
• Support primarily the WWPSE Director as well as other WWPS and HCLS NAMER directors and their leadership teams (as needed)
• Aid in the execution and management of team activities and internal/external meetings and events
• Help with annual operational planning processes following established procedures
• Handle calendar management and scheduling for multiple directors
• Collect and process expenses
• Coordinate travel logistics following established protocols
• Serve as a liaison between customers, senior leadership, and business stakeholders
• Manage time-sensitive and confidential information following set guidelines
• Track deliverables and follow up on action items
• Directly collaborate with the WWPS and HCLS NAMER EA community, including with their Direct EAs and Lead EA
• Maintain communication and tracking systems
• Limited travel may be required as determined by director, with advance notification
