As our Front End Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital manufacturing initiatives. Your responsibilities will span across multiple crucial areas of our operations. You'll develop and maintain accurate costing models, generate detailed customer quotes, and create optimized production planning strategies. Your expertise will be vital in providing technical consultation and application engineering support to our customers, ensuring that our manufacturing solutions meet their specific needs. In this role, you'll work strategically with cross-functional stakeholders, including Customer Success, Production Operations, Quality, and Software Engineering teams. You'll be the bridge that connects these diverse groups, ensuring that our manufacturing processes are aligned with customer requirements, quality standards, and technological capabilities. Your ability to collaborate effectively across departments will be crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives and integrating digital solutions into our manufacturing processes. A key aspect of your role will be leveraging technology to streamline our operations and remove non-value-added steps from our processes. You'll be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital workflow solutions, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, and creating KPIs to track operational performance.
