Prior experience with consumer facing products, GUI/VUI consumer experience creation, interactive device development and 3P partner relationships will be critical components of this role. Key job responsibilities
As a Sr Product Manager - Technical, you will be responsible for building Audio-related features on Alexa+. Specifically, you will own the definition and strategy for how customers should engage with their 'stuff' (akin to their Library). This charter owns both voice and visual interactions with various content types from multiple media services, and the strategy must encompass the evolution of various audio types and capabilities are they grow on Alexa+ (e.g. generative content, shared content, saved content). To deliver on this charter, this role must work closely with peer product managers, engineering, science, design, business intelligence, and BD, not only within the Audio team, but across horizontal Alexa teams and cross-Amazon businesses as well (like Amazon Music and Audible). A successful candidate must be customer obsessed and very comfortable with product and organizational ambiguity - many of the content types and related features overlap with areas other Audio PMs own. This role must work collaboratively with these various owners to ensure a cohesive and personalized audio library experience for customers.
