We are seeking an exceptional Senior Business Analyst who is passionate about data, obsessed with quality, and thrives in solving ambiguous and complex problems. In this role, you will lead the development of FBA InsightsHub, a centralized reporting platform backed by a data lakehouse that consolidates WW FBA performance metrics for executive stakeholders. This platform will become the single source of truth for FBA metrics—streamlining reporting, aligning definitions, and powering global visibility and decision-making.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering for FBA InsightsHub, working closely with BIEs, DEs and business stakeholders to build a scalable, intuitive reporting platform.
- Drive global alignment on key performance metrics—harmonizing definitions, dimensions, and data sources across regions and stakeholder groups.
- Define end-to-end requirements for both the front-end (dashboards/visualizations) and back-end (data lakehouse/data infrastructure) components of the platform.
- Partner with Data Engineers to design and scale data pipelines and architecture to support near real-time and batch reporting use cases.
- Translate complex business problems into technical specifications and data models that enable actionable insights.
- Design and maintain robust reporting solutions, including automated dashboards, recurring reports, and self-service tools.
- Define new KPIs and improve existing ones to better track business health and operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including Product Managers, Program Managers, Finance, Retail, and regional FBA teams—to support strategic initiatives and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Conduct deep-dives and exploratory analysis to identify trends, surface opportunities, and influence roadmaps.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level business reviews, providing clear narratives and data-backed recommendations.
