We seek a seasoned contributor to join the WW Ad Sales team as a Global Video Strategy and Go-To-Market (VSGTM) lead. This role will support the “Prime Video Signature” (PVS), Amazon’s premier brand partnership and annual partner agreement rooted in Prime Video IP, extending to the entirety of the Amazon canvas including connections with Thursday Night Football, Wondery, Alexa Themes, Amazon Retail partnerships, etc. This unique enterprise partnership is entering year two and will be expanding beyond the US globally, while further building out the core value proposition of first-look Amazon MGM Studios in-show integrations, first look global priority programming slate, beta ad innovations, and more.
This hire will support developing the unified go-to-market strategy in US and globally, and overseeing strategic execution in all global locales. He/she will partner with the broader WW and regional video GTM teams, Global Accounts sales teams, and the Brand Partnerships team, while developing the total PVS commercialization strategy.
Key job responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast growing and entrepreneurial organization, bringing innovation and growing adoption of Amazon Ads. In particular they will:
• Drive the vision, value proposition, programs, planning, and packaging solutions to support the US PVS program while developing its global expansion into priority locales
• Manage the PVS pipeline to monitor demand, negotiate deal points with yield, and drive towards the PVS revenue goal
• Develop end-to-end strategy for positioning, pricing, packaging, and planning of the PVS offering, alongside sponsorships, sales, product, and strategy peers
• Drive growth and evolution of PVS’s offerings, including business management with partner teams such as Product, Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios to deliver best-in-class PVS advertiser benefits and custom brand partnership solutions
• Work with regional GTM teams to customize the macro global strategy to each region
• Meet with C-Suite clients to aggregate VOC to inform building suitable PVS video solutions that will deliver on customer objectives
• Work directly with regional Video Sales Specialist and sales team via sales enablement and demand generation strategies to achieve the PVS revenue and adoption targets, including tactical week-to-week guidance and support
