The AGS NAMER Strategy and Operations team is seeking a driven, and experienced Business Operations Lead - Automation & Reporting for our NAMER Business Operations Team.
As a Business Operations Lead, you will be an important point of coordination between internal end-users and cross-functional teams to solve problems, automate and implement new mechanisms, and deliver successfully against high standards. You should have a proven work ethic that drives the desired results.
The ideal candidate for this role requires exceptional analytical capabilities to synthesize insights from large-scale data sets, strong project management skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders, and superior communication abilities to influence senior leadership decision-making.
Success in this role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to maintain high quality while working at pace in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

•Collaborate with Business Partners to develop automation and enhancement of regular reporting for the broader business
•Manage the development of continuously-evolving forecast models and methodologies, supporting the quantitative analysis of the performance of commercial teams and internal stakeholders
•Develop relationships and partner with finance, network planning, and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting issues
•Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
•Conduct ad-hoc analyses, and support related projects as needed
•Conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
