Would you like to help enterprise customers accelerate and maximize their business success by migrating and transforming to AWS? Do you have a track record of successfully defining and/or executing transformation programs at Enterprise companies? We are seeking experienced professionals to engage with business leaders and CxO’s to define large scale cloud adoption, migration strategies, and cloud business transformation leveraging AWS’s capabilities across our Solution Architects, Partners, Professional Services, and Business Development team.
In this role you will work backward from our customer's stated goals and drive clarity on the AWS value proposition. Work with our sales teams, advising on the cloud adoption journey and strategic ways to accelerate adoption driving business value realization from their migrations and cloud transformation projects. You will help customers with best practices in cloud assessments, business cases, migration strategies, and aligning them to our strategic enablement programs that deliver on their business outcomes.
You will build and lead remote cross functional teams including Business Development, Sales, Partners, Solution Architecture, and Professional Services to deliver excellent customer experiences and outcomes on AWS. You will have accountability for opportunity management, reporting, and forecasting for AWS's fastest growing customers.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience working with C-Level and VP level customers on large scale transformation projects. This involves confidently driving business and operational transformation meetings conveying the value of cloud services to business and technical leadership. The candidate will be customer-obsessed and have a collaborative approach to solving customer business problems, strong technical depth, and the ability to engage and help customers crystallize business benefits of cloud adoption. They will have experience in helping customers through change management and in building new capabilities. They will demonstrate a strong understanding of cloud solutions, confidence in understanding and simplifying complex problem solutions, and a passion for helping customers transform using cloud technologies.
Key job responsibilities
• Work with account teams and senior customer leaders (CIO and CTO) to build a common cloud adoption vision and transformation strategy.
• Leading CxO and VP level customer meetings on cloud adoption and transformation, conveying the business value of AWS Cloud services to the business and their customers
• Presenting compelling cloud proposals to C-Level and VP level customer executives that support their business cases for adopting AWS cloud technology through migration and transformation.
• Collaborate with the technical and industry teams to deliver consistent outcomes and manage requests from customers through these engagements.
• Be the strategic and trusted cloud advisor for large cloud adoption programs.
• Advise and create executive ready presentations articulating the cloud adoption strategy, Business value and return on investment.
• Present at approved industry, customer events, and executive briefings on cloud adoption and business transformation through cloud services.
