We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team to own products that provide our customers flexible labor scheduling options that best suit their personal needs while also achieving operational demand. We enable Amazon to be the employer of choice for hourly workers by offering them the fastest path to a consistent and flexible hourly job with opportunities to earn more and grow their skill sets, resulting in more value for customers as we better absorb variability and lower costs. We build products and programs that enable flexible job management for associates. You will be responsible for driving growth and adherence of product goals and initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with program managers to scale the product, engineering, legal, central science, and more.
Key job responsibilities
• Building strong relationships with field leaders and key stakeholders.
• Drive and influence key business decisions across the company on regular basis.
• Define the clear requirement of specific business use cases.
• Establish scalable, efficient processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation.

WSTM is comprised of six service verticals that enable the team to deliver on our Workforce Solutions (WS) north star of delivering efficient and transparent talent mobility and employee engagement for a global workforce. The Field-Product Manager team specializes in ensuring our roadmap aligns with the fields needs and wants, while moving toward the WS North Star. In addition, Field leaders understand the customer needs to ensure our end products are applicable and integrated into everyday operations.
