As a Manager, Planning and Development for TOM planning, you will be responsible for leading a team that supports the labor planning for 150+ Fulfillment and Sortation Centers. This role will be responsible for partnering with multiple stakeholders to forecast the labor planning needs for TOM for peak and non-peak timeframes. A critical part of this role is to develop stable models for the labor planning team and to be able to take the stabilized models to the next level from an automation standpoint. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and HR stakeholders in a high-pressure environment. You will manage a high-visibility program and partner with all levels of leadership to exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist.
