Project Controls Schedule Supervisor (E7) – Transmission Project Management (PMO)
JOB SUMMARY
The Project Controls Schedule Supervisor will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for a team of scheduling analysts that provide support to Project Managers and Transmission by scheduling activities of land, engineering, and construction to insure completion of substation & line projects on time and within budget. This involves direct use of scheduling and budgeting systems, developing schedule goals and reporting, overseeing analysis of schedule exceptions, and providing viable alternatives and ad hoc reporting for project managers and Transmission functional managers. The Project Controls Supervisor will be responsible for fostering an inclusive team culture that builds trust and continuously enhances our focus on Intentional Inclusion.
Job Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or related field
+ Advanced degree and/or PE/PMP certification is a plus
+ Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software required.
+ Formal supervisory experience with performance management responsibilities is a plus
+ A minimum of 5 years combined experience in any of the following areas is preferred:
* Transmission Planning, Transmission Design/Engineering, Transmission Construction, Transmission Maintenance& Support, Transmission Operations, and/or Power Delivery Project Controls
+ Proven experience in successfully managing internal and external relationships
- Proven leadership abilities and commitment to Safety Excellence
- Familiarity with project controls scheduling principles and techniques including the Gated Process preferred
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the transmission system, engineering principles, electric operating practices, construction practices, land requirements and regulations, budgeting, scheduling, and general business practices preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with PMO Leadership and various GPC partners (Land, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction, Transmission Operations, Transmission Maintenance & Support, Transmission Planning, Capital Portfolio Manager, etc.)

Approximately 25% travel will be required for this role.
