Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a full-time
Program Manager to launch and lead our My Cousins Program—a vital respite care initiative for foster youth. This dynamic role includes supervising staff, maintaining safety and operational standards, and serving as a key community liaison. What You’ll Do
- Lead the start-up and daily operations of the My Cousins respite program, creating a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for foster youth.
- Supervise and support staff, manage 24-hour scheduling, performance and foster a collaborative, high-quality care culture.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency through recordkeeping, inventory management, adherence to policies, and emergency/crisis response.
- Promote growth and visibility of the program by engaging with community partners and agencies to expand services and advocate for youth needs.
How You’ll Benefit

You’ll earn a competitive salary, ranging $54,000 - $60,000 annually (based on your experience) plus enjoy a flexible schedule that adapts to the dynamic needs of the program. What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from a USDOE or CHEA accredited college or university
- Must be able to be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional in Child Mental Health
- Two years of work experience within Child Mental Health services (Two years of administrative or supervisory experience in residential services preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, supervise staff, and maintain effective relationships with families, community partners, and volunteers.
- Proficient in communication, budgeting, and reporting.
- A valid driver's license, current auto insurance and a good driving record
