Administrative Coordinator to support our newly constructed respite facility in Burgaw, NC. As a key member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will help create a welcoming, organized, and safe environment for participants and staff alike, ensuring our programs run smoothly and effectively while enhancing the lives of individuals and families we serve.
What You’ll Do
As the Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role at our respite facility. You will handle essential administrative tasks including check-ins and check-outs, phone support, billing, invoicing, and staff onboarding. You will also contribute to maintaining a clean and respectful site environment and, as time allows, assist with participant care. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, flexible, team-focused, and ready to make a meaningful difference every day.
How You’ll Benefit
Being part of our team means we value your and encourage your personal growth and development. You’ll earn a competitive salary of $45,500. The work schedule will follow a Tuesday–Saturday format during the summer months, with the post-summer schedule to be determined. Some flexibility is required to meet program needs, including occasional on-call responsibilities. We also offer benefits for benefits-eligible positions.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the Administrative Coordinator, you should be a proactive team player with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a sincere interest in helping others. We also require:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with a diverse group of people while demonstrating empathy and professionalism
- Flexibility to wear multiple hats
- A great sense of Humor!
- Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Willingness to assist with direct participant care and on-call
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety and cleanliness
- A valid, unrestricted state driver’s license and clean driving record
