Amazon Customer Service is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) to lead the development of self-service support solutions for our transportation network. This role will drive the strategic vision and execution of programs that eliminate the need for transporters to contact Customer Service (CS) when encountering delivery defects. The Shipping & Delivery Support (SDS) team leverages latest technology to provide best-in-class support options at the moment of need.
As a Sr. TPM in SDS, you will orchestrate complex technical programs across multiple teams and organizations. You will drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives that operate at Amazon's global scale. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams, you will define technical roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that improve the transporter experience. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of delivery support while making a significant impact on Amazon's transportation network.

• Lead technical program strategy and execution for complex, multi-team initiatives spanning the full software development lifecycle
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define technical requirements, architecture, and implementation approaches
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks to ensure successful program delivery
• Influence senior leadership on technical direction and strategic priorities
