- Process Development: Establish standardized test processes and work instructions that enable technicians to operate with minimal engineer supervision.
- Floor Support: Provide direct technical support to technicians during test execution, helping resolve issues in real-time. (non-conformances, troubleshooting, process improvement activities, and training)
- Rate Improvement: Analyze data to validate the ability of test procedures to meet requirements. Identify and lead projects that increase throughput, reduce cycle time, and improve first-pass yield
- Automation Troubleshooting: Ability to read and triage simple errors in LabView and Python code execution, understanding of control loops used in environmental test, and an ability to articulate failures to support teams for more complex issues
- Manufacturing Execution System Management: Define data artifacts in MES/ERP systems. Develop and manage system standards for handling test execution and non-conformances.
- Training: Develop and deliver training for technicians on equipment operation and test procedures
